How money moves
Commission is calculated when a referred client’s order is marked paid. It starts as pending (hold), becomes cleared for payout, then shows as paid once ops processes a batch — usually bank transfer or PayPal above the minimum threshold.

Is this the same as a buyer account?
No. One login can access both, but the ambassador program has its own landing page and workspace — separate from projects, Brand Vault, and buyer tools.
When do I get paid?
After a referred client’s order is paid, commission sits in a short hold period (default 14 days). Once cleared and above the minimum threshold, ops processes a manual payout.
Do I earn on every order from that client?
By default, commission is on the first paid order from a referred client. That keeps the program simple and fair.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are blocked. The program is for introducing new clients to Ideahits.
