Getting started
How do I start a project?+
Post your brief free from any service page, describing the service, goal, style preferences, and any brand assets you have. We review the request and confirm the right scope, timing, and quote before the project begins. For the full step-by-step journey, see our How it works page.
Do I need to register an account?+
You'll be asked to create a free account when you submit your brief. This gives you access to your project dashboard where you can review designs, leave feedback, and download final files.
What information do I need to provide?+
The more context the better — your business name, industry, target audience, preferred style or references, colours you like or want to avoid, and any existing brand materials (logo, fonts, brand guide).
Turnaround & process
How long does a project take?+
Most service projects deliver first concepts within 2–4 business days. Logo and brand identity projects typically take 5–7 business days for initial concepts. Complex multi-piece projects are scoped individually.
How many revisions are included?+
The included revision rounds are shown in your package or quote. Most standard projects include two structured rounds, with each round covering one consolidated set of feedback. Additional rounds or a new direction can be quoted if needed.
What happens after I approve the design?+
Once you approve, the final 40% balance becomes due. After it clears, the agreed source files, production files, web and print exports, and ownership deliverables are released to your project dashboard.
Files & formats
What file formats will I receive?+
Depending on the project: AI (editable vector), PDF (print-ready with bleeds), PNG (transparent background), SVG, and JPEG. Logo projects include all formats. Print projects always include a print-ready PDF with crop marks and bleeds.
Do I own the final design?+
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, full copyright and intellectual property transfers to you. You can use the designs however you like — commercially, across all markets, with no licensing restrictions.
Can I get editable source files?+
Yes — AI and editable source files are included with every completed project. You can hand them to any designer or printer in the future.
Pricing & payment
How much does a project cost?+
Pricing depends on the service and scope. See our price list page for starting prices across logo, branding, packaging, social media, and print design.
When do I pay?+
For most projects, you pay 60% upfront to reserve the project and begin work. The remaining 40% is due after final design approval and before source files, production files, and ownership deliverables are released. Any different schedule is shown in the quote or checkout before you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through our secure Stripe payment page. Bank transfer is available for larger projects.
